Sydnie Felix is a Director of Wellness and Support for Badger Support Network. In her role, she creates guides for peer facilitators and helps group members foster meaningful and inclusive experiences. Sydnie began her leadership journey as a link leader in high school, ensuring incoming freshmen felt welcome and supported. Today, she applies those skills as a Director of Wellness and Support at BSN. 

She’s a senior transfer student studying Psychology at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She is passionate about advocating for mental health awareness and ending the stigma surrounding seeking resources. 

Outside of academics, Sydnie loves spending time with friends, family, and her two dogs and exploring Madison's coffee shops.
