Off-Campus Mental Health Care
UHS provides off-campus mental health care support for UW-Madison students needing long-term, frequent, or specialized treatment. They offer care managers who help with finding community providers, understanding insurance, and accessing low-cost options. Students can use the MiResource database to search for local mental health providers.

McBurney Disability Resource Center
The McBurney Disability Resource Center at UW-Madison provides support for students with disabilities, facilitating classroom accommodations through collaboration with students and instructors. As part of Student Affairs, the center promotes an inclusive campus environment, enabling student engagement and participation in the Wisconsin Idea.

Mindfulness: Offers sessions and resources for stress reduction and mental well-being through practices like meditation and mindful breathing.

The Greater University Tutoring Service (GUTS) is a student-run organization that provides small group, Drop in Tutoring, Study Skills, English and World Language Learners and Culture Exchanges taught and facilitated by students, for all UW-Madison students. All of our services are free and easy to access.

Career Exploration Center
The CEC empowers all undergraduate students to strategically explore their career and academic options. They assist students in gathering information, personal insights, and experiences that are based on their interests, values, and skills. This helps students explore their options and provides direction in planning the next steps in their career journey.

Basic Needs Resources
The Basic Needs Team helps students access food, housing, and insurance to promote wellness at UW-Madison. They connect students with programs like FoodShare and guide them to food pantries and other resources. Their Basic Needs Assistants are available to provide support and ensure students' well-being and academic success.
The Open Seat
The Open Seat is the only student-led food pantry on campus that supplies any self-identified food insecure UW-Madison students with free nutritious and healthy produce, dairy, canned, and hygiene products. All that is required is a sign-in when you stop in during our pantry hours!

DoIT Computer
Lending Program
Lending Program
The DoIT Computer Lending Program at the provides active students, faculty, and staff with temporary access to Dell and MacBook laptops, as well as hotspot modems, primarily to support academic needs and travel abroad. Eligible users must have a valid Wiscard and NetID. Equipment is available on a first-come, first-serve basis during DoIT Help Desk Walk-In hours, with no individual reservations allowed.
