What are Directorates?
Badger Support Network is organized into 6 (six) Directorates.
Directorate of Operations - overseeing all BSN operational needs
Directorate of Business Development - overseeing fundraising & alumni/university relations
Directorate of Marketing - making Badger Support Network visible and supportive of all
Directorate of Programming - organizing community, kickback, and peer-support groups
Directorate of Wellness & Support - experts on training, support, and intervention for BSN
Directorate of Equity & Belonging - working to make BSN for all identities
Who are Directors?
The Director are the heart of each Directorate, bringing their experience and passion to lead and inspire their teams. They work closely with their coordinators to drive BSN's mission forward, fostering a supportive and resilient community through peer support.

Who are Coordinators?
Coordinators at BSN are dedicated Badgers eager to make a difference, whether they're aiming to become a Director or simply want to get more involved. They typically team up with a Director in their Directorate or work directly with the Executive Director in the Directorate of Operations, contributing to our supportive and thriving community.

Who are Peer Leaders?
Peer Leaders are the backbone of the Badger Support Network. They are fellow Badgers, trained and supported by UHS, to connect with other Badgers to foster a supportive, peer-led environment, whether online, in person, or within identity groups. Peer Leaders are the everyday hero's who lead weekly peer-support group meetings making BSN thrive.
